Farewell, Goba

Just a quick note to point out this post.

Gabor is stepping down as the PHP Manual's main editor.

As I said in the thread: so long Goba, you will be missed.

I might be able do more for the PHP Documentation as a more active member of the PHP.net website team, as I was pretending to be able to do with trying to handle too much with both of these projects. We will see. Livedocs rules :)
